maybe "harald" is the surname? you know, like how japanese names usually go? so her father would be King Harald, which makes him the second "King Harald" i've read in MangaPlus

Harald is explicitly a male first name in Scandinavia. When used as a surname, in the viking era, you'd add -son or -dottir at the end. In this case Etupirko would be Haraldsdottir, to signify that she is Harald's daughter.
