@MerriLee3s @Lalajhk @Steamedtoast @Wts-tiffany @HobisFlower Yes, there are indeed many more chapters. They are almost all translated by a group called Mintwood Scans. The 6th translated chapter was released 4 days ago. I don't know why they aren't posting their scans here, on MangaDex. They post their translations on their official site. They are, evidently, like everything on the internet, reposted on other sites. You just need to type into your browser Ouchi e Kaerou Neko Mimi Omegaverse read and they even have the latest chapter that was visible just a couple of hours before the site stopped working.
They have their own site, http://www.mintwood.top/, but from the day they updated this manga they have gone into hiatus (which they announced on their Facebook page, https://www.facebook.com/mintwoodscans/) and their site doesn't work either, it's privated or something and you can't even access it. I asked them about it a hour ago on their Facebook but they didn't respond yet. Someone else asked about their site too 2-3 days ago, probably immediately after the site issues appeared, but they didn't reply either. I hope they didn't get copyrighted! I really hope they won't dissappear off the internet!
