I don't hate the common trope that MC awaken some super OP power but get banished.

I just find the part about MC and his mother cringe. A prince in a medieval fantasy world helping a guard moving stuffs, the empress encouraged her sons to treat everyone equaly.

It's too idealistic for me, and not really a good way to behave as the royal family.

Not like I agree with the older brother but this is pushing it too far to be seen as kind and nice.
