He's obviously not an academic but he does have wisdom.

I get we are far away from such a confrontation, but I wait with abated breath that we see the start of Aegir's true rise to power.

The novel has too many unnecessary sex scene, tbh the story itself is so enjoyable to me, kinda hoping there is less sex scene

I think he does well in academic as well, since mommy vampire drilled that into him.

Obviously not at scholar level, but enough for a kingship. You can't just push everything to your subordinates; you must have enough learning to know what your subordinates are doing as well else you can't really pick out good ones.
