Arus not only saved her life, but he also allowed her to get strong and showed a path to getting even stronger. She also ought to understand already that even if Arus was the one who killed her father, it wasn't personal. If it wasn't he, someone else would have done it. It was the conspiracy, with Lecter initiating it, that truly killed her father. Arus was just a replaceable tool. Of course this doesn't mean she shouldn't still bear a grudge toward him as well, but considering his unwitting role in the crime, I'd say what he has done for her and is still doing for her has greater weight than what he did to hurt her. After all, absolutely nothing forced him to do anything to help her, whereas he was following orders when terminating her father.
