Ho ho? Story's going into a more interesting place than I thought

Edit: I wonder if naming characters with this kind of pun could work in English comic, since there's probably some language barrier for Japanese to keep it from being too... odd?

Then again, the manga is already in English, so that doesn't really matter. If this works, then it should work well enough for English comic, TV show, or even novel.

JP gets a lot mileage because their writing system has basically 3 alphabets. So even in "normal" manga characters names usually use kanji that symbolize something, like Bakugou from MHA using the kanji for "explosion" in his name.

Characters names in Ousama use Katakana which is typically used for foreign words, though a lot of times the word only sounds vaguely similar to the English word like here Ruuru=Rule. This sometimes leads to some funny situations like (Non OR related) "ミイラ" (Miira) which sounds like Mirror but actually means Mummy.

So this is implied that Ruru (honestly, Rule is a cooler name, gonna call him that) was a former clown ousama ranking dude that got rired of all the BS..Also something weird is going with his body, probably that he has no pulse
