Nhentai is an aggregator site, a better source would be preferred. There's at least two different groups involved with scanlating this work, and I doubt the NH galleries are accurately credited.

Amazingly, the first of the two group's website is actually still up (http://phantomtranslator.blogspot.com/search/label/TGE), and though most of the download links are dead, I literally cannot tell any difference in quality between the images from their website and from nhentai. Plus, the nhentai upload is nine years old, and the only other instance of this series I could find, on Bato, is like two weeks old, so I'm pretty sure even that is also taken from nhentai. If it's okay with you, I'll upload the chapters from nhentai using BakaUpdates and the old websites to attribute credit.

I apologize for my limited knowledge on hentai manga website. Is e-hentai.org not an aggregator site?
The Phantom Translator's (vol 1-2) website is still available but SaHa's (vol 3-4) not anymore.
And the volume 5 are done by Hennojin (https://hennojin.com/home) (The Great Escape Extra 1 & 2 and Chapter 51) and Chapher 50 by n04h (whose website is no longer available).

e-hentai (and exhentai) are effectively MDs doujinshi-specific equivalent, in terms of being the original source for the vast majority of chapters you'll see on other sites. They also keep uncompressed archives of all chapters, which is great.
