Pages don't upload

For a few months now I've been having problems uploading pages (things used to be fine before), with the upload never finishing. The circle on each page just keeps going forever (it used to take barely a minute). My translations are long strips, but clicking "optimize page slices" does nothing - still uploads forever. I'm not sure what the problem is - it might be that I have to use a VPN to access the site? Has anyone else encountered something like this, because it's not going away and I'm out of ideas.

Hmmm, could be that your connection to MD is too slow for the image to upload and it's somehow failing silently. Or maybe there is something corrupt with the image you are uploading.

Could you try slicing the image into ~2000-3000px tall slices and see if anything changes.
