In this universe bras are illegal and/or don't exist ... my head cannon demands this to be true (although my logic processors figured out that the author/artist likes to draw nipples and areola so much that they must show through clothes so thin that you might as well go nude).

Also, I know that playboy senpai is interested in Akari ... but I admit that I'll have to go back and figure out why because I can't remember. I guess since he's into 'body research' ... aka sex ... that he wants to pop her cherry. He has the playboy aura around him and Akari knows this ... it's why she runs away every time she sees him. A good chapter to end on a good way the first volume, so thank you very much for all your work until now, it has been two years since the last time I finished a volume of this author.
About the nippples, yup, this author really loves to draw his girls without bras so he can easily draw a little and spontaneous peek to the nipples or draw them pretty detailed and defined even if they are covered with clothes.
The senpai did see the "mature" panties of Akari on a few chapters ago, so that is where his interest about Akari started, what he means with her is something to be seen now that he is back to the club, although I doubt he will be a bad person at the level of Gorikuma.
