It is astounding that we have a team that's not written like idiots. Could've easily followed the cliche of them trying to stop him and offering to help with whatever is wrong, but they actually pieced the issue together themselves. Kudos to the writer for subverting bad cliches.

Depends on the country. Don't know about Japan, but where I was born he'd likely get even less, anything above 10 years would have to be premeditated murder.
