Actually no!! There is a J-pop girl's group that has tons of chubby women whom said most of their fans are WOMEN. Another was a chubby maid cafe that I watched recently. As someone is (sadly) is born biologically female and chubby; most comments I've gotten about my looks or saying I am cute has been from other women. Men often say "you're great for dating but never for marriage" kind of thing hahhaha.
