MC's death order was given but we didn't get any information about what they'll do to his mother.

Additionally, the black books indicated that only those who are deemed useless i.e. power tripping will be killed, and nothing else, currently.

So it's safe to say, his mother is still alive, but that's not the current focus of the story, for now.
