Can Persephonia eat each other? Why don't they just eat parts or each other and rejuvenate endlessly? A perpetual motion of sorts.

Can Persephonia eat each other? Why don't they just eat parts or each other and rejuvenate endlessly? A perpetual motion of sorts.

Persephonia regeneration isn't particularly fast enough to keep up with their desire to eat flesh, as we have seen our Persephonia eating an entire person until she regenerates. If they have the ability to metabolize any raw meat, then the entire series would have worked on controlling primal desires. But apparently, they're quite literally programmed to eat humans in general, and any other meat source is pretty much moot.
