Focus on the looks of the characters. If they look bland/generic, they’re prolly gonna dieI really enjoy this series; probably the only "hard man making hard choices" story I have any stomach for.
But author, come on. You can't make me care about people you introduce AND kill off in the same chapter.

If that was the case, blue haired girl wouldn't have died, and Aaron and Jenny would be dead by now. That is definitely the rule in this series.
Imo, blue haired girl was a bit of a surprise but I expected it. Aaron and Jenny are good looking, cmon!Really enjoying this comic, this is the best "Solo-leveling" comparable comic I've read so far.
Here's just some of my thoughts on it:
- MC is a bit too much of an edgy try-hard asshole. I get that he can't divulge that he was a master, or that he's from another world or whatever, but it often seems like he goes two steps too far, particularly earlier in the comic.
- I suspect that the fairy girl's main bod is actually the big bad at the ending. I mean, why did she look like that creepy shadow figure? Why did she try to sabotage one of MC's stages? Why did she lie about not dragging him there (she clearly said "found you" at the beginning).
- I also suspect that all the characters other than MC are already dead, thus why they all have glum memories and support their masters when they gain higher ranks; and that by reaching the 100th stage they not only change their own fate, and the fate of their world, but also bring back anyone who died while in the tower.

They definately try to catach you out by making you think the unique design means they're going to live, only to kill them, meanwhile blandos may survive well into the story and become main characters.
Sure, but they're like attractive brown-haired, freckled, background characters, rather than main characters. I actually expected both to die at some point, based on their designs.Aaron and Jenny are good looking, cmon!
Yea MC feels a little to much like dream MC of a teenager who thinks blood makes something mature and good.Really enjoying this comic, this is the best "Solo-leveling" comparable comic I've read so far.
