Some great manga on this site have pixiv/fanbox links in their descriptions (like Imouto ga 1-nichi 1-kai shika me wo awasete kurenai, sometimes with icons), and some don't.
I sometimes suggest adding those links in the comments, but the response isn't always pleasant so I unfortunately tend to avoid doing that...
This site prides itself on how it respects scanlators and artists alike, and pixiv tends to be a gathering place for promising artists as well a lifeline for many of them, and a lot of works on here originate from there. Just a simple suggestion of adding those links into the description on the upload the page would go a long way and would be a simple thing to do.
