Went back through the whole manga. Found that Nee-san's mom is named Melissa. It's her. It's 100% her. Modeled after "Melissa Brown" back in her prime, and Iroe mentions that her mom was big in her 20s. Coincidence unlikely. But how much can this gimmick get milked for...? LIke just one chapter probably.
