So what exactly is her motivation to listen to the Vice-Chairman? If she really is a sadistic psychopath, wouldn't she gets more kicks out of aligning together with the bullies?

No, not really, why'd you think that way? She gets to have more fun with the vice chairman lol Don't forget she already spent over a year with them, going through their plans etc., it'd make no sense to suddenly join hands with some random bullies

I mean, if she's a psychopath, why would she have any sense of loyalty or duty in the first place? I guess you can argue that she just went with the flow given the choices between JD and school, and the VC would send a kill squad after her if she escaped her leash, but there shouldn't be anything on her end holding her loyal to him.
