What did the purple kid-girl means with "he made that modest big brother"?

Ms. Villainess looks real nice with that Napoleonic-ish ornamental uniform.

1. Henry is meant to be an intelligent 5 year old w/ a speech impediment.

2. And Marissa was rerferring to Hessman making up the lie of Dominik (who Marissa deems the most modest man she knows) having multiple past partners when he hasn't even heald hands with someome before.

I know he's a kid, I just don't find it cute the same way they (and probably the author) did.
