First, I'm not even sure it's here or even if it's Chinese or Korean origins But I remember the plot.
MC is a girl, IIRC her mother remarried but She's live with her grandparents, she's back to her mother because her grandparents can't be her guardian anymore because age and bedridden. There's this step sister that a white lotus type, she's stealing MC Violin note that she wrote herself or something. pretty sure setting is modern world, also I'm leaning on Chinese origin than Korean.
