This is my favourite manga but i forget the name. Please tell me if u know (sorry english not my first language)

So the story about a company who realized dying child dream... so there is multiple story in that book..
One of the story is about a youngest brother who got terminal illness and hospitalized.. and his dream is become a ceo. One of his idea is drawing a whale on the rooftop of the building so people would notice it from airplane... But his condition getting worse and unfortunately he died surrounded by his family...
