It's not the individual chapter that's bad... it's the fact that for the story as a whole, not only is it pointless... but it even gets in the way of the main pair...

And it's even worse cause we know this girl is going to get heart broken...

It's an unneeded love triangle... and it's a 3rd wheel... and this was a bike...

Okay so this is one of two things.

1. These chapters are filler because the author wants to keep the "story" going but cant come up with new scenarios.

2. This girl will factor into the story or finale in some way.
