Other people with money offend MC?
No worries, enough money also gets you connection to tough people.
Assault and violence for basically no reason?

Also, at some point in the later chapters, first he rips a car door clean off it's hinges with little effort, but then next, he kicks a woman and is surprised she flew away?!?!
I'm surprised she didn't explode in a gory mist of meat and blood!! WTF is wrong with you!?!
