After reading the 2nd chapter, I think this is a genderbender novel, and not one of crossdressers. The male lead in the cover art is too sculpted compared to his female form, and the male lead's coworkers' conversation implied they used transformation magic/alchemy.

I got bored and gave up... Way too much scrolling for so little information. The TV series "Lost" has a lot to answer for.
