Just to be clear, by library you mean https://mangadex.org/titles/follows or https://mangadex.org/titles/feed yes?
Because https://mangadex.org/titles/latest is not your library.

Hi, any mod that could help me deleting my manga library? just created the account but i have like 100 mangas in my library that i didnt follow.

You can just remove titles from your library by navigating to a title's page and updating the reading status to "None":

There's nothing mods can/should really do about this.
That being said, if titles keep getting added to your library without you setting a corresponding reading status, there has to be some other cause. Did you maybe use an extension to import your data from another site? Or maybe try updating your password, in case your account was compromised? (Could someone else be using MD on the same account/device?)
