You must have a real hard time talking to your religious people, or who believe in fate, which do make up 90% of the world. But I guess like most non religious people (myself included) you don’t really interact with them very often. But never forget, the majority of people, including in Japan, have faith in some kind of afterlife, who believe there is a guiding hand watching over them.
