Either her or another character not shown yet. She doesn't have the heart accessory (yet) but the cover design doesn't fit any currently known ability (which I think is way more interesting about the covers: Volume 1 has the protag and thin threads, volume 2 Zen and his attention spikes, volume 4 Kanade's arrows).
I wouldn't read too much into the characters' smiles on the cover. Although, going by their behaviour in the story, yeah they do.
