Her head is severed, how does it heal? Does a new head grow? If so, will she remember whatever the severed head was seeing?

So far we only have some confirmation that she can't die due to physical means, but we have nothing about sickness, diseases, age or other similar things.
How exactly she can spurt blood outwards without leaving a physical mark (except lots of blood) is a mystery though, does it only ignore her skin or does her skin heal so quickly you can't tell it was damaged in the first place?
