The main girl is a zombie-like yandere with an inexplicable healing ability and you all are complaining about this manga getting complicated? It's clear from the way the story was presented in the first four chapters (from the art style and heavy-handed dialogue) that this wasn't going to be a light-hearted, slice of life, gag manga. This is a supernatural romance featuring a main girl with a "heavy" mentality. If that's not your thing, fair enough, just don't criticize a manga (or any piece of entertainment for that matter) for not being something it never intended to be.
