Let me guess, MC gets reincarnated in ancient China/Korea with OP medical/martial arts powers, takes over the body of a girl who was "betrayed for the lulz" by her family, she takes revenge on her family members who are obviously self inserts for the author's IRL bullies, instantly meets a 10/10 love interest who is a powerful government official and more and more handsome men who are powerful officials show up as love interests as the MC acts out the author's revenge fantasy.

This started off feeling a bit different. The humour was relatively amusing and the MC was competent but often over powered and had a long term impediment that was regularly a hassle. But sadly it suffers from the same problems as a lot of Chinese webcomics, after a while it becomes incoherent. This usually happens when a webnovel gets adapted to a comic and they try and fail to squeeze too much into the comic too quickly. Theres no linked novel for this one listed but I'd bet there is one and the shoddy adaption is the main problem.

It was decent at the beginning, but after reading some more chapters, most men are retarded, they make them dumb so that the MC can feel smart... it's cringe, and plot holes everywhere.

One of the better cultivation stories/manhua out there! If you like Peerless Alchemist, I highly recommend this title. The MC is a similar flirty and wily character who gets into awkward (hilarious) situations more often than she'd like.

One thing that stood out in particular is the art and translation quality. Recently, there have been a few manhua series on Mangadex with really poor Chinese to English translations, but that is not the case with PM. I've read a few of Timelessleaf's scanlations and they are consistently good quality.

Isn't this one far too similar to "The Ghostly Doctor"? Like, I do not now if it is inspired or something, or if this manga was the inspiration to the other I quoted, but it is like the same story with different hair colors

The mc is really interesting, but there's too many plot similarities to "the ghostly doctor" so it's really a shame when they could have taken it in its own direction.
