Pg 36 "but the murder season knife was thrown out, right?"
Since we know Sasame killed himself, there's no way he can throw away the knife, right? Based on previous pages, the police didn't seem to have a hard time finding the knife.
So, I'm guessing this should be "wasn't thrown out", as in if the house owner killed Sasame, he would have thrown the knife; yet he didn't.
