Alternately, if QP didn't threw Kurotani out of the window and just knock him out in the building, he won't get caught as the Citizen would barely see and hear anything on what happen at the building while they look at it, from the far distance so they might reluctant to call a cops. Might as well QP and Kiba would've had leave the building and then searching for Ryou. Though, I think this QP story is pretty much realistic that everything could happen and the outcome of doing something too reckless won't be solved, flawlessly. In the end, he got bust when he let his anger emotion doing something that he shouldn't do, by hitting a cops, which ended his high school life and had to spend the rest of his youth in Reform school..
