Can't say for sure, ofcourse, but considering the clothes Allied is wearing, it seems this takes place before or after the first workers arc, so by this point, they've already made contact in the main story so I'm supporting it they would show up sooner or later in Lookism.

Up to this point you don't even see a hint of a hair of one of the Questism charakters. Therefore I'd rather assume this whole stuff happens after Lookism's end?
