quick loading pages :implemented:

make chapters and pages load quicker some how, idk its not my expertise but i feel like the pages could load quicker through some kind of trick idk just throwing out ideas.

We are moving images to a new server right now. All the bandwidth is getting used up during the process, so everything is loading slower.

Once we are done we will have double the bandwidth and images will be back to loading fast.
