There are some theories that Ragna aging faster because his future self's power.

IMO, it is not really a bad thing, the dragon kings are all paying him attention, he need strength fast to counter them. Aging is one thing but this also make him reaching his peak physical form sooner to fight against the dragon king.

Also, there are ageless swordman, skeleton sun saint and crimson bio technique all around. I doubt aging is that big of a deal.

Ragna said that his future self failed to reach his peak because when he was at peak physical form his silver aura battle art was incomplete, when he completed his silver aura battle art his body was already worn down, not mentioned aging at all. I think what he mean is that when he completed his silver aura battle art his body was taking too many wounds from fighting with all the high-class dragons and dragon kings, that is why his physical body was weakened and can't let him fight with his true, full power.

Crimson bio tech didn't help his future self, so I doubt it'd help his current self either. And I can't imagine him not knowing the secret to the sun saint and ageless swordsman's 'immortality', so I doubt those methods are useful either.

And it's not as good as you're thinking it is. Sure, his body will reach its prime faster, but he'll be sacrifing his chance improve his techniques even further while his body is still developing. Rather than aging, I think it's a better alternative for him to train under the ageless swordsman. Since most of his techniques came from future Ruoxi, who was ageless swordsman's student, I'm sure he could learn a thing or two from him as well. Of course, since Ragna isn't particularly talented, it'd likely take a few years to see any results, but it's still preferable to just aging faster.

Another concern that I have is at what rate he is aging. If it's just a 1 to 10 ratio then that's okay, but if it's a 1 to 100 ratio or more then that means he'd age 8+ years in just a month, making his lifespan less than a year. Maybe the carla clone in charge of him can help him in this regard? Last time I checked, she was developing her own personality, just like the now deceased wing monarch. Maybe her abilities will slowly change as well, making her capable of getting past Ragna's silver resistance and slowing down his aging?

i think you are dumb, did you not read the story? did you not pay attention that even before he reached the sun cult it was long destroyed in his previous life??? and he met his master that already grow up, so ofc thous secrets are not explore by himself since he never met them before the cult destruction! pay the fuck attention to the story!

see, now its practically confirmed that Bagram doesnt love Human, he just want to save human that was oppressed by the sun cult. because that was practically his life before becoming Dragon King which he hated. So yeah, Dragon still pretty much the enemies, because Bagram still treat average human like every other dragon bloodline

personally i dont mind Ragna get a haircut change, its been a while since his fight against Bloodline of Wing, and if his body does age faster, that would make his appearance changes too

Right back at ya. Did you forget Ragna visited the sun cult 8+ years after Leo's death in that timeline? Crimson was already in there as prophet Orgel before then. There's no way he (Crimson) wouldn't know those secrets.
It must be fun to read the manga blindfolded, huh?

It's either accelerated aging that he himself mentioned, which I find more likely. Or it is someone posing as Ragna, most likely Glasses-kun. In chapter 75 it was established that you can ragdoll yourself around with aura and Crimson was asking the Net saint for a favor involving the silver corps. If it is a body double puppeteered by aura it could be a counter to Bagram's specific words like [Kill yourself Silver Sword saint].

Also, Ragna is a silver sword in the eye of the dragons isn't it. If even the sure-kill nano poison of Crimson can't kill him then can he even aged normally.

Not to mention Ragna can be said that he also has a bit of dragon king blood flow into him when Artemisia tried to make him into a brethren ( not sure if it still count now, but he did inherited his future self power anyway ) isn't it. If so then is his lifespan still the same or his lifespan is that of a high-class dragon ( I think it is still the same as normal human as depicted in future Ragna but then, it may also because future Ragna took a lot of wounds from all his life that make him look like that, just like he said, he was worn down ).

Regarding the high-class dragon lifespan. We know that the dragon king is still alive and fine after 500+ years and the wood dragon is old and he was one of the oldest high-class dragon.

So I guess high-class dragon lifespan is about 500 years while dragon king is much more than that.

The oldest high-class dragons we know right now are the machine dragon, the wood dragon, snake ( forget his name ). We know the wood dragon became old after 500 years, the machine dragon is hard to guess because he was likely a machine, snake is hard to judge too as he assimilated with Chimera.
