interesting the demon king considered it a 'dog like name' with the image/visual too rather than seeing pudding tho i guess in that kinda time pudding isn't as common or so, maybe a custard but not the classic JP style or so that's known for it but it does sound more like a pet name than a child's name/something that might need to be changed as an adult

who then continued to ask his female friends (because he's also not a dog person),
and one of his friends came back with this tiktok link

so yeah, apparently Pudding (Purin) is somewhat popular name for small dogs,
but they're still based on the image of Pudding
