My sources are food / travel blogs from other people, and the official websites of some of them because they do seem to have one. There were a ton of them that were opinionated, but I couldn't use them all lest we'd have a 5-10 page afterword on our hands here, even though some of them were fairly interesting to me. Oh, and better grab your translator if you can't read Japanese, because they were all in moon runes.
