Random manga page needs tag filter :planned:

When making use of the 'random' manga title selector option, one becomes inundated with doujinshis. It would be nice if the tags selected in the 'more settings' tab were used to filter the results of the random manga page.

Edit: posted this and immediately saw a thread about the random manga page, the point that i've made might have come up in that thread, so ignore this if that is the case
