Imagine how insane that conversation with the editor was. This is the first time I've heard of something like this in manga. A page redrawn here and there? Sure. Tweaked dialogue? Not biggy. Cut an entire chapter because it revealed too much too early? The Berserk way. But an entire rewrite?
