I do get that the dediceted follows page does have that feature, but i like the display on the main page better, and the follows page display can't be altered. Having the display type option on the dedicated follows page would be even better if it remembers the setting, since i could just open the /follows directly instead.
My issue with using the follows page is only about the display, i prefer having the covers so i identify the mangas faster then reading the names in a list, and to get other info such as the chapter number, group and Age of the post i have to scan the whole page from left to right, when the main page has a compact way of showing that informatin.
In the end it's just a question of preference, i do use the follows page when i leave a big gap, it's not really a big problem, it's just a suggestion that i think would improve my experience usin the site, and hopefully others that share the same preferences i do.
@blackyawgdom Yeah, that's true, but that also makes it cleaner to look at compared to the follows page, which is another reason i prefer using it. I read a lot of monthly releases too, and they get buried on the follows page between the weekly releases because it also shows what i've already read . Having the option to filter out the read chapter in the follows page would be great now that i think about it. Oh, that and i normally know if i skipped more then one chapter, since that would normally mean not reading the manga for at least 2 weeks
