my suggestion slightly different but overal is the same so i will just post it here.
Its for Mobile site reader, when in load all page mode, can you make option fo menu for chapter info floating because i'd like to sometime change chapter in the middle of chapter and that cannot be done by simply click move to top since that only move to top of page not chapter entirely
