Really strong, but acts like a wimp

Basically, I'm looking for series with a character that gets scared easily, cries a lot and generally behaves like a weak person would, but is actually very strong. It doesn't matter if the whole thing is just an act or if he genuinely thinks he's weak, what's important is that he is perceived as weak by everyone else.

Two very good examples I already know are Zenitsu from Kimetsu no Yaiba, or Cid Kagenou from Eminence in Shadow.

It would be nice if there was also romance involving this character and if he eventually gets a girlfriend, but it's ok if he doesn't.
