As I was starting to imagine...the only reason the enemies would know about the dungeon like MC and send a special team when in the original timeline the ring and infos about the boss came out is there is another returner, possibly the time dragon is a boss with other versions and someone else used its power.
Don't understand why a human would want the ruin of the world on purpose though...
Anyway if the clock is fixed to 10 years the evil chief is likely to have his own original class, probably levelled in the optimal way, but unike MC didn't change it to a broken one.
I still don't understand how MC knew gravity user was the strongest after saying who got in his original timeline couldn't level it and there weren't info about it after the starting part, sure it makes sense seeing them, but deciding is the strongest based on that...

Though the chapters have year gaps from presumably removed translations, the dragon's name in the current chapter 1 is "Chronos".
I think this "human" is the dragon.

Edit: Yeah "Space-Time Dragon, Chronos". It's also a common trope that dragons can polymorph to appear human.
