Well she knew what she was getting into marrying into a 'rich' family as opposed to her own family having a giant business that's 'equal' (i dont' remember if they were that high up but i imagine they probably wouldn't have accepted him marrying a 'poor' person) and just having them be a merger, as well as the wife just gambling the money away, even if ur 'rich' you'd think some ppl wouldn't risk it versus having so much money that they can just do it as a hobby on weekends/the holidays rather than getting into debt over it

I can imagine MC screwing over the spouses to get over the uncles'/cousin's skin or so versus trying to convince her to betray them or so lol or simply just buying out her family's company as a flex (tho i imagine that'd be hard to do, other than owning a majority of stocks, to convince her parents to like just hand over the company or so)


I don't know shit about business but this would be great if it ever got a live action drama or so lol, it'd basically be like the Korean version of Succession

Apparently there's a live action, not sure how good it is but i'm sure there are positive reviews , even if it's just ppl fawning over the actors
