Looking for female protagonist novels with no romance (GL/yuri are OK).

Any genre is okay (face slapping, economics, isekai, urban fantasy, cyberpunk, interstellar, etc.), but slice-of-life elements and lighthearted tone are preferred.

Independent, adult MC preferred. If a child MC, then one who is independent, please.

Manga/webtoons as well as translated, RAWs, MTL, and original English novels/serials are all fine.

Also, something like Why Am I a Priestess When I Reach the Maximum Level? in particular would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

LitRPG webnovel (now novel) with surprisingly good writing and a FMC with a very strong, unique, and attaching personality. She prefers to travel alone most of the time.

I have read most of it but since it was removed to be published on Kindle Unlimited, I haven't finished the last volume. Thanks for the rec!

If you're looking for Manga, I'll always suggest Jojo: Stone Ocean, a Female Protagonist, Ordinary proportions, if anyone's oddly dressed it's the dudes (Araki's style got weird). It's an excellent manga, following a young woman incarcerated for a hit and run she was not behind the wheel for. But, it's all a plot to get her distant father's soul and power. Feeling compelled our protagonist chooses to stay in prison to find the person who took her dad's soul, and she makes a couple friends along the way.
Luckily Jojo is a Series you can approach from every one of it's parts, each part is drastically different than the last, save the first two: Both in genre and cast for the most part, and parts 7-9 actually take place in a new continuity. It's hard to suggest part 6, the climax of the first continuity though without suggesting all of Jojo.
It's a dark one though, If Part 5 was the bloodiest, part 6 is the goriest and weirdest in body horror and more. No sex, no romance, though the character Anasui does fall in love with Jolyne, but it's unrequited, Jolyne mostly oblivious to it. There's some bizarre, and somewhat offensive jokes, but if you're not weak they're funny. The Ending is something daring, I loved it, brought me to tears, it's a dark one at first though.
10/10 for me
