Sheesh, Dagestani people here are written the same way as Russians in early Baki. Sooo many stereotypes (dunno if the translation made it worse). BTW, Dagestan is not a country, just one of the many republics within Russia.
Realistically, nobody will pick a street fight with a star MMA fighter in Dagestan coz of stupid reasoning like "I want to test my strength". They are treated like celebrities. I would belive if the guy wanted a take photo together but was not respectful, which combined with short tempers involved led to a brawl.
But in any case, if a mma fighter beats a random guy in Dagestan, 99% there would be no serious consequences like shown here. The whole situation would be quckly swept under the rug, unless the victim has some strong connections in the government. I mean, Usman Nurmagomedov run over a cop a couple years ago and was not released from the contract.
