I had a feeling this wouldn't work, especially against someone aiming to be a doctor. I mean, the taping might have suggested an injury, but he wasn't resting his injured toe on the ground. I'm not sure how kicking would be effective with the toe injury though since it's needed to grip the ground. I think his stance was probably a dead giveaway of his plan too.

On the other hand, his opponent still went to the ground to grapple with him which is what he wanted so let's see if he can get out of this.
