It feels so weird how these small differences in culture feels from an outsider perspective. While one party tries to not make a big deal out of a situation he still feels awkward & uncomfortable about it, and the other party tries to make up as if the "screw up" was an enormous issue... and were talking about delivering a full portion instead of a half-portion accidentally. If it happened anywhere else either the customer wolfs it down or they would dispose it with the trash, not making a deal about anytjomg-
