Realistically they can't have her not figure out the connection between drakey and the emperor now. It would be so stupid to have to write a way out of her making that connection.

While I'm with all the guys here hoping the fairy princess finally gets it, I'm hoping that because the dragon bitch tried killing her out of a fit of anger, the dumb emperor has an excuse to cut her out of the harem and exile her from the empire, at worst, or execute her at best. Still, I'll understand that the fairy princess that out of forgiveness for her, she'll reprimand her to never get so haughty with her position ever again.
