haha, he should definitely be more well known... I've also scanlated the first volume of one of his shoujo manga on here (Marika). He was a weird dude! The last few pages of this book outline his methods for reflecting spiritual light into people to... exorcise them... or something? It was the basis of his cult/religion/scam.
All of his manga have his weird spiritual beliefs mixed in, japanese readers have frequently complained that it results on his stories being borderline incomprehensible
