Why Mc shouldn't have won any of the fights:

Fight one: if backstep can be used infinitely with no cooldown then his opponent is basically immortal as any attack the Mc uses would be dodged. The opponent could just wear the Mc out because she's stronger so she has more stamina.

Fight 2: money for preparation aside, Mc has no way of keeping that candy in his mouth after getting punched and knocking the wind out of him from his back slamming against a wall as well. He was punched with so much force that spit was spilling out of his mouth, anyone could assume there's nothing held in his mouth. Not sure how physics works but he could have easily ended up accidentally swallowing the candy or spitting it out from the force of her punch. Not to mention, he doesn't have guarantees that she'd grab him by his neck. Or that his spit could hit. Just that she likes to break joints. Unless his psychoanalysis was so good that he can predict her every behavior his plan has like, no way of working.

Fight 3: Mc should not be able to practise the skill on himself because the area demonstrated can not even span half his body.his opponent's skill is 2 meters cubed but his training partner's skill, even if it's 1 metre, would fail to work as 50 cm would mean his upper body only maximum. Any practise with teleporting himself would just result in him passing out from blood loss because he's lost half his body, which contains half his blood. His gamble was foolish at best and fatal if he wasn't the Mc.

This reminds me alot of Eba's Noryoku Gakuen Gekokujo hentai manga. Author might have been inspired by that.
MC design is super similar, both has copy powers, loser has to obey the winner, etc. But that one is full on porn while this is a borderline.
The MC here is way weaker but smarter, while the Noryoku Gakuen guy is absolutely overpowered because he kept the stolen skills.

This also reminds me of the 5seconds battle, though the MC here is not as pretentious.

Nothing wrong with feeling like the character isn't likable but this isn't really Redo The Healer on steroids lol. It also isn't really an example of an OP main character.

Like, Redo the Healer is a revenge story about the people who wronged the guy, and the MC is a totally twisted individual as a result of the torment his abusers put him through and ends up really no better than the people he's seeking vengeance on. This series is just about a skilled gamer dude gets brought into a new world, deemed to have a weak skill, and is forced into a gladiator style blood sport with his life and freedom on the line in each match. The plots and the MC's aren't really the same here. Besides both having sexual violence and slaves as aspects in their stories, these two series really are quite different in tone and plot.

And the MC in this series really isn't OP. His skill has limitations (like how copying an opponent's skill only grants him a fraction of the power or capability) and the main reason he wins these fights is because he takes full advantage of the few days he has to prepare before his next match to gather intel on his opponent and form counters to what they do (like sneaking items he normally doesn't have into his fights, or enlisting the help from one of his slaves to win a rigged match). The MC's skill is better than the characters think, but he's really just maximizing the potential of his skill, and it's only really possible because he's given days in advance for prep time. On top of being quite resourceful with item usage.

Just got into this… and I don’t hate a single thing about this, not one complaint.

(I do have a nit-pick ill say later tho)

I am witnessing all my favorite combos with the woman I’ve been presented with so far.

While i do despise how the MC is living in my dream fantasy of getting down and dirty with 4 woman so far. (mikagami you son of bitch it should’ve been me.) i do like how he is using whatever he can to win a truly a brazen fellow like Alice said, but give that man a doped-up version of those aphrodisiacs my man is looking more beat every time he gets a new women

(which is understandable, but still I need my man mikagami leaving all 4 of his current slaves looking completely exhausted after those 3 days and him still not being satisfied lol.)

(My only nitpick is if we got some more world building there has to be more outside the coliseum, but the story is just starting off so I'm not too worried about it right down they’ll show more down the road of course)

Lmao, what's the point in making your work all about sex, literally all of it, and then not have ANY sex scenes? I'm baffled. And the 3.5 or w/e chapters which ppl said are the sex scenes, are just 3 sketches of pretty much nothing. Seems like a pointless work honestly, as neither the mc or the setting aren't really interesting, was somewhat interested in the story, but it literally crashed and burned the same first chapter.
For a work which premise sets up to pretty much be porn, it even fails at that, don't know what else to say
Just go read Hentai, and it will have better plot and setting than this. And you'll get to spank your monkey in-between

"Average" protagonist my ass, he has genius-level tactics inside and outside of battles. Genuinely smart protags are great of course, but calling him "average" is a bit of a stretch.

The story itself isn't too deep, but it honestly doesn't need to be because of obvious reasons (cough booba). It's a nice surprise that the protag isn't just some boring overpowered guy, but I can see he's on the way there. Even then, he relies on his Copy skill so he needs powerful people around him. He's even aware that if he stops being a gladiator slave, even a no-skill thug can kill him if he's alone.

And the art and ecchi is of course 👌, although I'm getting tired of these protagonists with evil smiles/smirks.

Overall for a pervy manga, not bad - there is a fairly varied range of female archetypes included so far, all it needs is a cat girl to complete the set. Art is pretty interesting, if a little out of wack sometimes when it comes to the readers perspective (One easy example is the cover art of the muscle chick, you cant really tell how far her leg and torso is supposed to be making it look like she has thighs thicker than her stomach)

Nothing too special but its not terrible, and its pretty uncommon for ecchi to have more than two girl types but it sort of is a dumber more pervy No Game No Life attempt at being 'smart'.

I have to say I enjoy this more for the tactics he's using to win and the knowledge that outside the MC would be dead in a minute. Interesting to see if the series last long enough for him to win freedom and have adventures outside the coliseum so we get more worlds building.
